YOUR GUIDE

Hidden Heritage Tours was set up by Jill Maden, a local Glaswegian with a passion for industrial heritage and Glasgow’s history.  She brings to life the stories behind the city’s rise to prominence with her enthusiasm, knowledge and sense of humour and will entertain you with tales of boom and bust, canny dealings and huge risks and rewards.

As well as being a Tour Guide, Jill is also a volunteer on the Maid of the Loch paddle steamer and a Volunteer Ranger with the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park.

OUR TOURS

Hidden Heritage Tours offer small group tours with a maximum of 10 people per trip. Our tours are designed to show you parts of the city and its history that you wouldn’t normally see as well as many of its major tourist attractions. Whether you’re a local or a visitor, you’ll never look at Glasgow in quite the same way again.
