CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Hidden Heritage Tours uses the Eventbrite booking system to manage all its tours.  When you made your booking an account will have been created for you in Eventbrite.  Your tickets will be held in this account. Therefore, all changes/cancellations should be made by logging into your Eventbrite account.  Alternatively, you can phone our booking line on ++44 (0)7857 974178.

• If you need to change the information on your order (i.e. your name, email address, etc), you should log in to your Eventbrite account and follow these instructions.
• To change your ticket type (i.e. from, say, “Adult (over 16) – with own bike” to “Adult (over 16) – with Nextbike”) or transfer to a different tour, log in to your Eventbrite account and follow these instructions.
• To cancel a tour and request a refund log in to your Eventbrite account and follow these instructions.
