ABOUT THE TOUR
This tour takes you past many of Glasgow’s major tourist attractions, tracking how the city developed into an industrial powerhouse, how its people flourished and how its prosperity was reflected in its architecture and educational establishments. Discover how Glasgow became the second city of the British Empire on this half day bicycle tour.
Bring your own bike or use one of our Nextbike city bikes as we follow official cycle routes through the city.

IMPORTANT TOUR INFORMATION
- This tour takes about 3.5 hours to cover approx 12 miles, therefore, a reasonable level of cycle fitness is required.
- All participants will be provided with a high visibility vest and helmet (or you can bring your own helmet if you prefer).
- Please bring plenty of water to drink.
- Food is not provided but you are welcome to bring your own or purchase something during our break.
